Billed in advance
Monthly by Direct Debit on the first of the month. No invoices to chase and no cash on the day.
Three-month minimum term
Long enough to see whether the standard holds. After that, thirty days' notice at any time.
Pay for the year, pay for ten months
Pay twelve months upfront on any recurring plan and two are on us.
One setup fee on business plans
A one-off £149 visit covering the site survey, risk assessment and key handover. Nothing else is added later.
Pricing questions, answered
Regular domestic cleaning with KeepReady starts at £139 a month for a three-hour visit every other week, and £279 a month for a weekly visit. Commercial cleaning starts at £429 a month for three visits a week. Serviced accommodation changeovers start at £45 each, with a minimum of eight a month. End-of-tenancy and deep cleans start at £229.
